Mr. P. Ashok, a qualified Civil Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, is a registered Structural Engineer, Developer, and Project Manager. With expertise in handling a diverse range of projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, and healthcare developments, he established RANK Construction to focus on delivering high-quality construction services across various sectors.
Throughout his career, Mr. Ashok has played a pivotal role in managing and executing complex projects, consistently ensuring superior outcomes. His leadership and technical acumen have been integral to the company’s growth and success. Focusing primarily on development driven by innovative ideas and aligned with current trends in the construction industry and real estate, he has been committed to delivering superior products with exceptional construction quality.
In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Ashok has been actively involved in industry associations and social organizations. He served as the President of the Civil Engineers Association of Salem for the year 2015-16 and has held the position of Joint Secretary of the Salem Flat Promoters Association. Since 2023, he has been the Secretary of CREDAI Salem, further strengthening his influence in the real estate and construction sectors. Mr. Ashok is also dedicated to social causes and has been an active member of the Salem Majestic Rotary Club, contributing his time and efforts to various community service initiatives. His leadership extends beyond construction, making a positive impact on both his industry and the community at large.
